DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Terms Honey Button House partners with trusted external couriers and reputable delivery services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of our physical goods, including fresh flowers and gifts.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and we have verified the order details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address information at checkout. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, Honey Button House cannot offer refunds for undelivered or returned orders. Should you require the order to be re-sent to a corrected address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Delivery Times Our standard delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday (subject to availability in our delivery areas, including Jimboomba and surrounding suburbs).

While we will do our best to accommodate any specific time requests or preferences you note at checkout, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or windows due to factors such as traffic, weather, courier schedules, and order volume. We aim to deliver as close as possible to your requested time.

Authority to Leave (Safe Drop Option)
You may authorise Honey Button House to leave your item(s)—such as fresh flowers, plants, or gifts—at a safe location at the delivery address (e.g., front door, back door, or another secure spot you specify) if you believe it is safe to do so.
To provide this authorisation:

Select 'Yes' for Authority to Leave (or similar option) during the checkout process on www.honeybuttonhouse.com.

Include any specific delivery instructions or preferred safe spot in the 'Notes to Florist' or 'Special Instructions' field.
Important – Liability Disclaimer If you choose Authority to Leave:

Honey Button House and our delivery partners will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of the item(s) once they have been left at the delivery address as authorised.

We will not provide replacements, refunds for the product value, or refunds for the delivery fee in these circumstances.

It remains your responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery and can collect the item(s) promptly (e.g., from heat, weather exposure, or potential theft risks).
If the recipient is not home, not expecting the delivery, or unaware of the left item(s), Honey Button House will not be responsible for any issues, including requests for replacement or refund.
We recommend choosing Authority to Leave only when you are confident the location is secure and the recipient can retrieve the items quickly—especially important for perishable fresh flowers in Queensland's climate.
Changes to Prices & Product Availability

All prices for goods, services, delivery fees, and other charges shown on www.honeybuttonhouse.com are current at the time they are displayed but are subject to change without prior notice.
We strive to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurate as possible. All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
Please note:

Flowers, foliage, and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Gift items, vases, containers, colours, and wrapping may vary and are also subject to availability.

In the event that a specific product or element is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value and similar style/quality to maintain the overall look, feel, and value of your order.
We will always aim to notify you in advance via the contact details provided if a major substitution is required, but this may not always be possible for same-day or time-sensitive orders.
