REFUND POLICY
Return Window We offer a 2-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 2 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return or resolution.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible:

The item must be in the same condition as when delivered—unused, with original packaging intact where applicable.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Our Commitment to Quality At Honey Button House, we pride ourselves on sourcing and delivering only the freshest, premium-grade flowers and plants from trusted flower markets and local Queensland growers. We select the highest quality blooms available to ensure your arrangements arrive beautiful and vibrant.
Flowers are living, perishable products. The first 24 hours after delivery are critical—the blooms absorb much of the water they need during this time to maximise longevity. That's why we send most of our designs pre-hydrated in water or with care instructions.

We take every care in preparing and delivering your order. However, once the flowers leave our studio, factors beyond our control (such as air conditioning, extreme heat, humidity, sudden climate changes, or placement in the recipient's environment) can affect their vase life. Due to these variables and the natural perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot guarantee bloom longevity in every case.
Reporting Issues with Fresh Flowers or Plants If you are unhappy with the condition of your fresh flowers or plants upon arrival (e.g., significant wilting, damage, or quality concerns not caused by post-delivery conditions):

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (ideally with photos) so we can assess the situation promptly.

We handle these matters on a case-by-case basis.
Important – No Replacement if Items Are Disposed Of To evaluate any issue, our florists need to inspect the original arrangement. Regretfully, we cannot offer a replacement, credit, or refund if the flowers or plants have been disposed of before we can review them.
Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers, plants, and most gift items are generally non-returnable and refunds are assessed case-by-case.

We do not accept returns or refunds for sale items, gift cards, or change-of-mind purchases once the order has been prepared or delivered.

Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of any return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process Once we receive and review your return request or issue report:

We will notify you whether the refund (or alternative resolution, such as a replacement where possible) is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, please reach out to us.
