Another one walked through our doors today...

He came in to order three bunches, one for his mum, one for his mum-in-law, and one for his girlfriend.

But when it came to his girlfriend's flowers, he said,

"Would I be able to make hers myself."

So we turned it into a mini workshop 🌸
The best part? He's been teaching himself about flowers. You could see the care in every choice, taking his time, asking questions, making sure it felt just right.

There's something pretty special about someone putting in that kind of effort.

Through the rain this morning, I looked out and saw hundreds of faces…

Last night we had the privilege of attending the Rotary Jimboomba Step Up Dinner in support of Breakthrough T1D 💙

The Jimboomba Community Hall was filled with generosity, great food, raffles and a community that truly shows up when it matters. Events like this are a beautiful reminder of the power of locals supporting locals.

We were also incredibly proud that Honey Button House raised over $1,000 for the charity through our custom hat sales, and flower centerpieces, which is just amazing! Every hat sold helped contribute to the night’s fundraising and to supporting research for Type 1 Diabetes.

A highlight of the evening was hearing Olympic legend Steven Bradbury speak. His story was fascinating and honestly not at all what I expected. It wasn’t just about that famous Olympic moment, it was about years of perseverance, setbacks, determination and continuing to get back up when things go wrong. Truly inspiring.
Thank you to Rotary Jimboomba for hosting such a meaningful evening and for the incredible work you do in our community.
